Production Manager
职位描述：Job description:
管理生产及质量团队，以达到生产目标。包括：技术、质量、安全、效率、5S、以及及时发运，并跟踪生产与外协情况；能及时处理出现的问题， 不断管理改善现场及相关流程。
Lead the manufacturing & Quality team to achieve production goals, including:Technology, safety, quality, productivity, 5S, and On-time delivery; Follow up the action plan and external outsourcing; trouble shooting on time; improvement for workshop and related flow;

职位需求：Request on background:

1.从事生产或技术经理岗位至少5年以上，熟悉生产管理与技术、质量体系与控制、工艺过程、EHS、持续改进及外协等流程。
At least 5 years working experiences in manufacturing or technology manager or similar position. Be familiar with Production Management and technology, Quality system and Control, Technical process, Continuous Improvement and Outsourcing etc.
2.对生产过程所需的设备、工装、测量仪器有充分的了解和掌握;
Be familiar with equipment, fixture, measuring tools in manufacturing process
3.能够根据生产情况,及时制定调整生产技术方案，确保及时发运;
Based on reality, set in and adjust production plan and ensure delivery in time.
4.轴承或相关行业从业经验优先;
Working experience in bearing or related filedw will be preferred.
5.有外企业工作经验，精通外语者优先；
Fluent English and Working experience in a foreign company will be preferred.
6.良好的沟通能力，责任心强,具有团队精神
Good communication skills, Strong sense of responsibility, Teamwork spirit
